Hanging with a Tour Guide, July 1974

This July 1974 family at Disneyland had the honor of being taken around the park by Rachelle, a very pretty young Tour Guide.

Quite a nice assortment of shots in this batch, including the Skyway buckets floating through the Matterhorn:

The Mary Blair Tile murals in Tomorrowland:

A little parade action, with Minnie, Donald, and Chip or Dale just entering the frame:

Yum - lunch at Casa de Fritos!

One of the three pigs, who appears to have gotten Rachelle laughing:

And the obligatory shot by the castle:

See more vintage and current Disneyland photos on my Disneyland web pages.

It is always good to see the 'tiles'.

Wouldn't you love to know where Rachelle is today? Maybe we'll luck out and she'll somehow find out about your photos.

If we could only see the chipmunk nose...I remember from my orientation back in 1979 for Tahitian Terrace, Chip has a dark nose...like a chocolate chip.

I was there in July, 1974. It was July 17 to be exact. I remember all of the employees had buttons that said,"We are 19 today"
